Tom Finelli managed to turn a poorly managed property including 48 homes, common areas and walking paths into a beautiful, pristine landscape in the first season. We were so fortunate to have signed a contract with a new landscaper a couple years ago, Finelli Landscaping has brought our complex back to life , I live in a Condominium complex that doesn’t have sprinklers and there is a lot of shade , Finelli landscaping put the right seed and fertilizer down that the grass has come back and looks amazing, they have trimmed all the trees and bushes back so you can see how beautiful our cedar siding is again . anything the owners ask them to do they have helped with, without question . and I am sure the neighbors appreciate the dramatic yard make over . Finelli Landscaping is family owned and they treat everyone else like family as well. Big Jobs or small Spring cleanup or Fall I would recommend them to anyone. Every year they have new ideas for our place . they have even power washed for us . and if they don’t do something they know someone that does . They are easy to work with and Their costs are very fair.
